Thank you for your interest in taking the Inventory of Leader Sternness. Here are the basic instructions. At this time, there is not a paper read out of your score. However, that is coming soon.
1. Click on the “Take Survey Now” button located at the top right
2. Fill out the required information
3. Proceed following the instructions located in the survey
If you are interested in using the ILS for research purposes, please contact the author for permission. The author will set up the survey for your group.
